How to Submit: Step by Step Instructions

Step 1.

Complete a brief 4-question survey to confirm contest eligibility. Scroll down to take the survey.

Step 2.

If eligible, you will be directed to review and sign a Contestant Agreement.

Step 3.

Once signed, complete the Submission Form on the following page. Here, you will upload your entry, share details about your artwork and provide the following personal information:

  • Preferred Name (you can use a fake name or alias)

  • Email*

  • State of residence

  • Age

*Your email will only be used to send you your e-gift card and to announce contest updates.

All contest entries must be submitted by November 1, 2026!

If your entry includes any clearly identifiable individuals, you and the identifiable individual(s) must complete a Media Release Form along with your submission.
